After receiving a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in education, Cliff has dedicated 25 years of his life to young people through secondary education; higher education; and ministry with high school and college students. Recognized in high school and college for outstanding leadership, Cliff spent seven years working with top student leaders at Texas A&M University. Cliff’s personable and moving speaking style has been enjoyed by audiences that have ranged from third graders to corporate executives. Having done over 900 speeches, his captivating speaking style and master storytelling ability appeal to all audiences.

Cliff will inspire you to evaluate your role in this journey of life. He will make you laugh, might even make you cry, and will certainly cause you to think about what’s important in life.

For nearly 25 years, Cliff has taken the opportunity to speak to, invest in, and encourage almost 1000 audiences, many of which have included young people from high school and colleges. Having worked in secondary and higher education since 1990, Cliff has spent countless hours molding and mentoring over two generations of young adults. Since 1999, he has shared one-on-one meals with young people who are in high school and college over 2200 times.

Whether speaking to educators, students and student leaders, business people, or corporate executives, Cliff’s style relates to all. His inspiration and impact are far reaching. His presentations are insightful, interactive, humorous, and thought provoking and are highly beneficial not only for the individual, but for the organization.

“In America, we have far too many people who want to be successful and far too few people who want to be significant. I encourage people to live a life of significance. Many people consider this life of significance to be a burden. I believe it is a blessing. It is not an obligation, but an opportunity.”

“I believe in every situation an individual has the ability as to how to respond. They can become bitter or better. They can take the high road or the low road.”

“To leave a legacy you must live the life.”

“Nothing can be gained without a sacrifice!”
